Replacements can be time consuming, and an inconvenience if you have only one bathroom in your home. With risks of disturbing your plumbing, tile and flooring, a replacement tub can take up to 6 days to install.

You could, but repeated applications are needed every one to three years due to cracking, peeling and discoloration. An easier and more cost friendly option, is our acrylic tub that is guaranteed not to chip, crack or stain for life.

Unlike our acrylic wall systems, which are custom made to fit your existing tub or shower, do-it-yourself wall kits can be difficult to install and keep a water tight seal because of their "one size fits all" method and inexpensive paper-thin material.

Our three piece wall system is custom cut onsite to fit your walls top to bottom. It's also made to extend outside and in front of the tub to create a secure waterproof finish with no seams. The one piece wall system has a tendency to crack in the corners due to natural expansion and contraction. And, if you want to extend your walls from the ceiling to floor, it becomes more than a one piece install. Moldings are required to add additional pieces.

Toledo New Bath has an exclusive patented sealant called Thermal Expansion Sealant. This allows the three piece wall system to expand and contract as needed with natural temperature and humidity change in your bath area.

Our lead times vary, sometimes as short as three weeks, or as long as six. For specific installations, we do provide rush services. Installations of tub and walls take about a day and a half, but if you had any additional requests like safety bars or other shower kits, it may take an additional two to four days.

All instillation are done by New Bath employees who are factory trained, experienced and certified. Although they aren't licensed plumbers, they do have a strong knowledge of bathroom plumbing knowledge, and will inspect your plumbing to ensure there are no hidden leaks or defaults.

All of our installers are employees of Toledo New Bath, with an average of 9 years experience in bathroom installations. On rare projects, we do subcontract licensed plumbers and drywall finishers.
